Neighborhood HealthSource has a small group of supporters and donors and we currently track our efforts using an excel spreadsheet. As we grow as an organization and work to make our fundraising efforts more expansive and effective we need to use tools that will aid us in this effort. We recently vetted several donor management software systems and selected Little Green Light as the tool that will meet our needs. This effort coincides with the launch of our new website, and enhanced marketing efforts through a variety of channels. These tools will ensure that we have the continued support to reach patients with our mission of providing quality health care services that are affordable and accessible. We treat everyone who walks through the door regardless of their ability to pay and rely on grant funding and donor support to ensure that we can meet our mission.

We just "inherited" Little Green Light (LGL) donor management software when we merged with another organization. Aside from this software, we have been tracking donations in an excel spreadsheet. LGL has not been used to its full capacity and tracking in excel has been burdensome. The Grants Manager and the Fundraising Coordinator will work with a volunteer to help implement this project.

NOTE: The dates and times are approximate - you can set your schedule and do most of the work from home, with a few meetings at our workplace.
