The purpose is to teach high school students the importance of primary developmental skills so they can maximize on the amount of opportunities they will take before graduating High School. Students will gain a professional mentor and will attend monthly sessions to learn more about mental health awareness strategies, professionalism skills and so forth. The skills that will be addressed by the program will be able to assist students in their personal life and academic career. ELITE Mentoring is a community- based mentoring program that will meet at a local library.
