Secret Shoppers-
The Kroc Center is looking to improve its customer service by using some of our own members, volunteers and local community as Secret Shoppers.
Who: 15-20 People, Open to Members and Non-Members
What: Help the Kroc Center improve its customer service by being a onetime secret shopper
When: On your own schedule. 1-2 hour commitment total, (prep phone call ahead of time and follow up form to fill out afterwards)
Where: Various locations at the Kroc Center
Why: To make the Kroc Center a better place to attend, work at and volunteer at.

Description
The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is a 12.4-acre family support, education, recreation, and cultural arts center, made possible by a generous gift by the late philanthropist Mrs. Joan Kroc. The facility is open to members and the general public and serves residents of East San Diego, La Mesa and Lemon Grove with a variety of quality programs for individuals of all ages.
