The Tuck-In Call Volunteer Program is designed to maximize the role of the Volunteer in assisting other team members to serve patients more effectively and efficiently. In this program, trained volunteers makes phone calls to patients/ caregivers to assure that they have necessary supplies, medications, and / or support that they might need. Volunteers are provided training, necessary patient information and a script to follow the order to obtain the information requested.
