Our parties at Win’s EAST RIVER FAMILY CENTER are 2 hours of JOY! We bring the supplies, but you bring the MAGIC!! As a birthday enthusiast, you’ll help decorate and set up the party space, oversee games and activities, sing Happy Birthday...and so much more! Your time and energy will truly have a direct impact on some really special kids in your community!

Here's how it works:

5:30 p.m. - birthday enthusiasts arrive and set up the party space!
6:00-7:00 p.m. - welcome the families and jump right into the fun!
7:00-7:30 p.m. - it's time for a quick clean up and recap of the party!

We'd love for you to sign up today!

About one week prior to the party, you'll receive a detailed email with everything you need to know to be ready to PARTY!!! At that time, you'll also have the opportunity to sign up to bring a special gift for one of our birthday children! Together, we can give them an experience they will never forget!

Please note that Win requires all new volunteers to read and electronically submit their orientation form (link below). Kindly list TBPP as your group and submit at least 48 hours prior to the party.
