PruittHealth Hospice is seeking volunteers to visit patients both in facillities and at home. Volunteers are a crutial part of hospice and serve in a variety of ways including companionship, chatting, and reading to patients and providing respite for a caregiver to run an errand or attend an appointment.
Office volunteers are also needed in the Pee Dee office to assist the administrative assisitant and volunteer coordinator with basic tasks, such as making copies, filing, and answering phone calls.
Volunteers with special skills and talents are also needed such as licensed hair stylist, massage therapist, therapy dog, or musican.
