Depending on the needs of the patient and his or her loved ones, our Hospice Team provides spiritual and emotional care as well as practical guidance for all aspects of living fully with a life limiting prognosis.

Description

What began as a small goal to help people with physical limitations find the support they needed evolved into the larger reality of providing help all along the spectrum of needing extra care. Whether recovering from a broken leg at home or coping with a terminal illness after deciding against further curative treatment,Angel of God and A Prime Home Care now can provide an array of services to meet the needs of both the patients and the family members. Having a volunteer team plays a critical role in reminding our families that they are not just patients or caregivers, but regular people with the need to connect to other people, regardless of their current challenges.
