We are currently seeking volunteers to help enrich the lives of clients who attend an adult day program in Ann Arbor. Volunteers can assist in various capacities.
Kitchen Volunteer:
Task: Assist with any lunch prep related to delivered meals, portioning food, and dishing up individual trays and clean-up afterwards.
Time and Schedule: Shifts are Monday through Friday from 11 am to 1 or 1:30 pm, depending on how long clean-up takes. Pick one or more shifts per week.
Transportation:
Task: Drive clients from the program back to their homes.
Time and Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday afternoon starting at 3:15 pm. Pick one or more days per week.
Activity Assistant:
Assist staff implement daily programming (crafts, games, activities). Be a companion to less socially active clients who could use a friend.
Time & Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Pick one or more days, or half-days, to volunteer each week or month.
