We are looking for a dynamic graphic designer with an amazing creative flair. Applicants must have access to a design platform on their computer (Ex. Canva), familiar with free online design tools, know how to resize images, and can update existing graphics to meet social media sizing requirements. We prefer a Graphic Designer with experience in both print & electronic media. An ideal candidate would be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, & other designs. Excellent communication skills with an ability to absorb, work collectively, & apply productive suggestions or design ideas from peers is a MUST. If this describes you, we would LOVE to have you join our Girls on the Run volunteer team. Virtual volunteers are allowed to express interest, however, we do require volunteers to reside within the US.

We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Description

Trained coaches lead small teams through our research-based curricula which includes dynamic discussions, activities, & running games. Over the course of the ten-week program, girls in 3rd-8th grade develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness. Our program culminates with girls positively impacting their communities through a community service project and being physically & emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K event.
