We are currently looking for volunteers to assist us with our annual Dog Fair on Sat and Sun, Sep 14-15, 2024. The event runs from 10p to 3p both days but we needs volunteers from 9a to 4p for staging and breakdown.

Our goal is to help rescues find loving homes for their dogs. We do this by creating adoption events for rescues and shelters to bring their dogs, all at no cost to them.
We are a group of friends committed to finding homes for the thousands of dogs dying in kill shelters across the country every year. We host semi-annual shelter dog adoption events, fundraise for these events as well as our annual Spay It Forward initiative and Chester Dog Fair. Homeward Bound CT is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
