Help FACE raise funds for animals at their 10th annual Bags & Baubles silent auction fundraiser on Sunday, April 26 2020!

Where: A private residence in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. We will supply you with the address once you are a confirmed volunteer.
Event time: the event will be open to guests between 12pm-5pm. Volunteer shifts vary by position and are between 8:30 and 6:30.

Volunteer role descriptions:
* Setup: Help with a variety of duties, such as blowing up balloons, setting up our raffle table, setting up our gift bag table, preparing supplies, etc. 8:30 am to 10:00 am
* Check-In: Help with checking in guests and selling tickets. You must have retail experience in order to sign up for this position. 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Requires training prior, to be scheduled.)
* Food Server: Pass appetizers and desserts to guests and keep the dining area neat and clean. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Kitchen Attendant: Assist the kitchen supervisor with cutting, heating, serving, and/or helping with whatever food preparation is needed. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Handbag, Jewelry, Sunglasses, or Accessories Monitor: Monitor bid sheets, answer questions for guests, and assist section supervisors. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Check-Out: Help with checking out guests who are purchasing items. You must have retail experience in order to sign up for this position. 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Requires training prior to event, to be scheduled.)
* Cleanup: Assist the Event Coordinator with packing up supplies and cleaning debris from the event area after the event has ended. 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
