We are seeking volunteers to help with set-up and registration for ArtsFund's 50th Anniversary Luncheon at the Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle.
You will be helping us assemble collateral on nearly 100 tables. After set-up, you will be briefed on working the registration table, where you will greet guests, inform them of their table assignment number, and assist them with finding the table on a map. Please wear business appropriate attire and comfortable shoes.
Please let us know if you are interested in staying for the luncheon which goes from 12-1:30pm. We offer all of our volunteers a complimentary ticket (includes lunch).
