"A friend knows the song in your heart and sings it to you when you've forgotten the words" Heartsong Memory Care was created from a desire to provide great care and services to people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, in a friendly, safe, secure -yet nonrestrictive environment, at the most affordable rates possible for their families.
Description
Heartsong Residential Care provides:
- Private rooms with private bath
- Secure courtyards
- Person-centered care including assistance with toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing
- Assessments, medication administration, and health care by a licensed nurse
- On-site visits by other medical professionals including geriatric nurse practitioner, psychiatric nurse practitioner, podiatrist, audiologist, optometrist, and dentist.
- On-site access to therapies, labs, and other diagnostics
- Nutritious and delicious meals & snacks
- Stimulating activities focusing on physical health, cognitive functioning, and social & spiritual well-being
- Dementia care trained staff
