Hi everyone! We are needing volunteers to help with the set up and break down of our 2020 Tulsa Heart Walk!
Set up at the ONEOK stadium will begin on April 17, 2020 at 9:00am and end roughly around 5pm.
DAY OF EVENT: April 18, 2020 at 7:00am to 2 pm - We will need a number of volunteers on the day for a seamless event. This includes working water stations, working AHA tents, passing out survivor swag bags, help taking down stations, and packing up items to take back to office. We will also need general support for our walkers so all help is appreciated!
