Help Save Lives Donate Blood
The mission of the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is to partner with the community to help provide a safe supply of blood, blood components, and related services.
Volunteers with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center will have the opportunity to serve in the positions of Public Relations, Executive Assistant, Tour Guide Assistant, Donor/Writer Assistant, Donor Van Driver, Telephone Assistant, Blood Drive Assistant, Office Assistant and Data Entry Assistant. Volunteers will be trained by a Blood Bank staff member. Please contact the RSVP office for additional information.
Terms: Site is handicapped accessible, Volunteer must be at least 55 years of age

RSVP's mission is to provide opportunities for individuals ages 55 and above, to engage in service that addresses the nation's educational, public safety, environmental, and other human needs to achieve direct and demonstrable results and to encourage all seniors to engage in such service. In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.
Description
RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
