Iron Mt. Park Restoration Work Party Mar. 15, Sun. 1:00 - 3:00 pm Join Friends of Iron Mt. Park and give Mother Nature a helping hand. We'll remove invasive species that crowd out native species. We restore the habitat rain or shine, so dress for the weather and wear closed toe shoes. Bring water to and gloves. No experience needed. Parking: At Brookside Trailhead. Brookside Rd. is off Twin Fir Rd. Follow graveled Brookside Rd. past the back of Oswego Hunt Club to the trailhead. Contact: Mike Buck 503-914-8607 or m.bucks@comcast.net

Mission Statement
Lake Oswego Parks Stewardship works with the Parks Department and multiple Friends of the Parks groups and volunteers to restore hundreds of natural acres in its parks. The volunteer outreach helps contribute to important habitat for plants and animals, watershed and storm water management and health.
Description
Lake Oswego Stewardship partners with 9 Friends of the Parks volunteer groups, youth groups, schools, churches and local community members to restore the natural areas of its parks.
