We are looking for people willing to help us study the effectiveness of our activity tool kits for our hospice patients, for those with dementia. Volunteers would be required to go through a background check process along with training. Volunteers would then be assigned a patient to visit 2-3 times per month. Progress reports would be required along with a monthly progress meeting with the volunteer coordinator.
