ORGANIZATION: Alzheimer's Association Utah Chapter

Hello, we are looking for a facilitator for our Early-Stage Alzheimer's Support Group. You would be a co-facilitator so you would be over the group once a month. It meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 11:00am-noon. If you are interested please contact Moriah at memason@alz.org.
