Wildlife rehabilitators and experts from across the Northeast will be showcasing a variety of extraordinary birds of prey at the largest raptor celebration in New England!

Eagles, falcons, owls, and hawks will be featured in educational programs for nature enthusiasts of all ages.

Programs throughout both days include entertaining and educational activities for families.


Location: Audubon Nature Center - 1401 Hope Street, Bristol, RI

Volunteer Dates & Shifts:

  • Friday, September 9th Help us set-up chairs, tables, tents and such from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Saturday, September 10th
    • Morning shift is 8:30am - 1:00 pm
    • Afternoon shift is 12:30pm -4:00pm
  • Sunday, September 11th
    • Morning shift is 8:30am - 1:00 pm
    • Afternoon shift is 12:30pm -4:30pm
    • Event breakdown is from 4:30-6:00pm - we would love your help!

  • Face Paint Stencils & Temporary Tattoos

Audubon leads hikes, bird walks and nature programs for people of all ages. We protect almost 9,500 acres of natural habitat in wildlife refuges across the state. More than 33,000 students from area schools participate annually in our educational programs. We are a voice for conservation and environmental stewardship in State and local government.   • Must be at least 16
  • Volunteer shifts are four hours. Sign up for just one, or as many as you have time for!
  • This event welcomes families and groups! Volunteers aged 16+ are welcome at this event, so feel encouraged to invite your friends, folks, roommates, siblings, and teenaged kids to sign up, too!
