More scientists are finding health advantages for volunteers, ranging from general health to specific mental and physical benefits. No doubt, volunteering gives one a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Consider volunteering your time to visit with our hospice patients. Whether you play a game, read a book, or steam a favorite song , you will be making someone's life a little more joyous and yours a little healthier.
Volunteer opportunities are located throughout Orange County, San Diego, and Riverside Counties.
We will work with your schedule.
Requirements:
- fill out all necessary paperwork for your file including a copy of your driver's license and auto insurance
- attend a 4 hour training orientation
- complete a background check
- receive a TB test (unless you have had one in the past 6 months)
