Please join us for our Sages and Seekers program that brings older adults and high school teens together for 8 weeks of conversations.
Not to worry, there will be facilitators to help guide the conversations with topics and questions to answer.
Seniors can share their experience growing up in a different time, their choices of past jobs or education routes and share stories about their families and life.
Students are able to discuss their future hopes and the stresses they have as they are near moving out and going to college.
This is a wonderful opportunity for both populations to connect and share experiences.
One group will meet Tuesday afternoons and the other will meet on Wednesday mornings. Senior Mentors will be apart of one of these groups for 8 weeks.
Please email if you are interested in joining. Background check (provided by ONEgeneration) and a Tb test is required to participate.

History
Founded in 1978, ONEgeneration is a multi-faceted service agency that works to improve the lives of seniors, children and their caregivers. Throughout its existence, ONEgeneration has been dedicated to maintaining and restoring the independence and quality of life of older persons. As the agency grew, so did the mission and goals. ONEgeneration now provides a solid educational and social foundation for young children. ONEgeneration Daycare is the care industryâ s premier intergenerational shared site program. It is on the vanguard of a growing movement to provide shared site child care and senior care, thereby delivering real benefits to families, students and the entire community.
