Your South Florida American Lung Association would like to invite you in helping us kickoff Turquoise Takeover Week with hors d’oeuvres , drinks, great networking opportunities and information on how YOU can become a Turquoise Takeover ambassador during the second week of May, when communities across the nation turn Turquoise!

Who We Are The American Lung Association is the oldest not-for-profit health agency in America, founded in 1904. Our local service area includes three counties: Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Who We Help The American Lung Association helps individuals suffering from all lung diseases including: lung cancer, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, allergies, infant pulmonary disorders, and lung problems caused by air pollution. Since 1904, the American Lung Association has been fighting lung disease through education, community service, advocacy, and research. We are working to help those who suffer from lung disease today, and to stop the spread of lung disease tomorrow. To succeed, we need your support.
