Hospice is a form of compassionate and quality care for people facing a life-threatening illness or injury. Our volunteers bring joy and companionship to patients and provide much needed support for their caregivers. Your visit can make someone's day! Opportunities in both Sevier and Blount County areas. Ways you can help:
- Listening to and supporting the entire family
- Reading to and sitting with patients
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Running errands
- Performing light housekeeping/meal preparaion
- Sharing music
- Special Events
- Assisting with administrative tasts
