During these uncertain times, how can we help?

It's kitten season again (it never really goes away...).
When our Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) crew finds kittens who can be socialized, we rescue them. We need someone like you to foster them in your own home until they are old enough to be adopted and find their forever home.
You don't need much prior experience, OHS helps to arrange all their shots and vaccinations, you simply need to BE THERE to provide love and hugs to these little furballs. If you're retired maybe you finally have some time at home you could share?
Enjoy having a cat (or cats) without the long term commitment or expense. You'll be saving lives too!

Ohlone Humane Society strives to inspire respect and compassion for all animals, advocate for their interests and welfare, and instill in our community that all living beings have a right to be treated humanely.
Ohlone Humane Society is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that serves the Tri-City area in the East Bay. We care for animals and the community through humane programs and services. Ohlone Humane Society is privately funded and relies on the generous support of our community through donations and volunteering.
As one of the few humane societies that maintains a wildlife rehabilitation center, Ohlone Humane Society truly advocates for all creatures--from injured or orphaned native species to abandoned companion animals.
We'll work with your schedule.
