Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Compassus provides hospice services through a network of community-based programs with more than 125 locations in 30 states across the U.S. Compassus was founded in 2006, but has roots in hospice reaching back to 1979. The mission is to honor life and offer hope to individuals facing serious or terminal illness by supporting them with a common culture focused on three core values: compassion, integrity, and excellence.
