Hello friends!
The #WeAre Foundation is a new non-profit organization founded by Emmy/Grammy/Tony/Oliver nominee, Brandon Victor Dixon . We use the arts and artists to bridge the gaps between us, and connect our communities to their collective voice and vote!
We're engaging people to vote by holding a free festival to attract and create awareness around the message of the importance of civic engagement and help empower as many people as possible get to the polls. We’d love your volunteerism and participation to make this happen!
The pop-up concert will include surprise A-list entertainers, food trucks, voter registration/education booths, and activities for children - all to say thank you to the community for pledging to vote.

We need volunteers to help us set up booths and tables, greet guests at the check-in points, usher guests towards the restrooms/concert area, assist in the VIP area, register people to vote (orientation will be gi en) and help out as needed at specific booths such selling Tshirts and monitoring the children's area.
There are two shifts available:
9:00am-3:00pm
AND
3:00pm- 9 PM.
You may also volunteer the entire day and have two one-hour breaks.
Please wear comfortable jeans, a black Tshirt, and comfortable closed-toe shoes.
With your reply, please indicate which shift you'd like to work and indicate any special skills you may have and would like to engage during your service to this event such as bi-lingual voter registration, admin assistance, food/beverage service, child care/supervision, group management, and/or medical service to name a few.
