ORGANIZATION: Jewish Family Service Agency

Do you have a larger vehicle and can pick up food from grocery stores? Are you willing to volunteer weekly? Would you like to receive a gas card for doing great things for the community?

We are looking for food rescue drivers to pick up edible food from Smith's at 2211 N. Rampart Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89128 and/or Albertsons at 6730 N. Hualapai Way, Las Vegas, NV 89149. Once you have picked up the food, you will deliver it to Jewish Family Service Agency's food pantry at 2309 Renaissance Dr., Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Tuesday - 8:00am at Smith's
Tuesday - 8:00am at Albertsons
Wednesday - 8:00am at Albertsons
Thursday - 8:00am at Smith's
Friday - 8:00am at Smith's
Friday - 8:00am at Albertsons

Description

JFSA was founded in 1977 to provide essential and affordable social services to the community. JFSA's programs touch the lives of well over 5,000 people in Clark County each year. JFSA is a non-sectarian agency and is funded through private donations, fund-raising programs, and a number of grants. We are a member of the Association of Jewish Family and Children's Agencies (AJFCA) the umbrella association of more than 150 JFSAs in North America.
