Angel of Hope is looking for dog fosters to join our group. Our dog program is developing and cannot expand unless we have foster homes. A few things about fostering a dog. Fostering a dog is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have. When you take a dog in to your home you allow it to find its forever home. Our rescue does not have a physical shelter that can house dogs and depends on foster homes to care for dogs until they find the right home.

To list some of the additional needs why we need fosters are as follows:
- A puppy may be too young to be adopted and will need a safe place to stay until he or she is old enough to go to a forever home.
- A dog that is recovering from surgery, illness or injury and needs a safe place to recuperate.
- A dog is showing signs of stress such as pacing or hiding in the shelter.
- A dog has not lived in a home before or has not had much contact with people and needs to be socialized.

Must live in the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota.

Mission Statement

Angel of Hope Animal Rescue is dedicated to being a leader in animal welfare by building partnerships, educating, and promoting positive pet parenting. Through our volunteer focused organization we provide loving temporary care until our animals are adopted. We look to eliminate pet overpopulation by spaying/neutering, adoption and education.

Description

Angel of Hope Animal Rescue makes a commitment to each and every animal that we take in. This means we will provide attention, love, support and medical treatment regardless of cost. While we are only able to treat medical conditions as they are found, we do our best to work with adopters if a medical condition arises after adoption.
