Join Prospect Rding Center Team
• Communication and relationship building skills • Diversity and cultural awareness • Appropriate role modeling and setting boundaries • Needs of the population served • Topics relevant to the participant population On-going support will include: • Assistance with practical problems • Reassurance and recognition of the volunteer’s efforts and participation.

There's always work to be done! Whether it's helping to mow the fields, fix a fence post, paint an outbuilding, or get a piece of the equipment up and running again, we need you!

We are looking for both skilled and non-skilled folks for help around the ranch. Regular tasks include clearing and mowing pastures, clearing trails, and trimming trees. Other skilled tasks we need help with are things like equipment maintenance and repair and building maintenance and repair.

There is no specific time commitment. If you want to help, let us know when you're available.
Unlike a lot of other organizations, our volunteers have the opportunity to ride on a regular basis.

Description

Prospect Riding Center provides therapeutic and recreational horseback riding and activities. Individuals with special needs benefit from our therapeutic riding which offers a holistic approach by welcoming the rider's family and caregivers to participate. Our recreational riding is available to everyone in the community and helps to financially support our therapy programs.
