The higher education Gear Up program goal is to increase student retention and student success on college campuses. The program will offer summer bridge program, student academic support, student financial support and student mentoring.

Current college student
College academic advising
Financial advising
College mentoring
Professor/Adjunct Professor
Faculty experience-current or previous
Teaching experience in high school setting
