We are looking for a motivated and self-driven people who are passionate about ending poverty through STEM education, experiences, and industry partnership for all students. People who want to gain experience in coordinating volunteers and connect with the Phoenix/Tempe communities are very welcome to volunteer in our organization.

Here are some qualifications that we are looking for:

Interview, recruit, onboard and orient prospective volunteers.

Partner with Program Directors and Managers to develop and maintain volunteer training and orientation programs enough to meet the volunteer needs of the program, clients, and grant requirements; coordinate and conduct orientations and training classes on a regular basis.

Maintain knowledge of volunteer-related laws and other pertinent regulatory requirements, ensuring the volunteer department remains compliant in all areas.
