Interested in helping individuals in need earn IT certifications to advance their careers?
Arlington County’s Department of Human Services is recruiting volunteer instructors to co-teach our Microsoft Office Specialist and CompTIA A+ certification preparation courses.
Volunteers co-teach classes on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's, or Thursday's from 6-9pm. Curriculum, lesson plans, materials, and training are provided.
We are currently looking for co-teachers for the following days/times:
- Microsoft Office Specialist Word on Wednesday's from 6pm-9pm until April 29, 2020
- CompTIA A+ on Tuesday's OR Thursday's from 6pm-9pm until May 7, 2020
This volunteer experience could also be used as an internship.
