Do you have a passion for basketball? Do you enjoy working with youth? Would you like to give back to your community?
If you answered YES to any of these questions: We’re looking for you!
The Hilltop Family Y is looking for basketball coaches.
Our basketball program creates a safe and positive environment for children ages 5-14. Duties include teaching the players basic basketball skills as well as life lessons.
The focus of our Hilltop YMCA Basketball Clinics is to introduce, as well as, improve fundamental individual basketball skills: dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense.
Each volunteer shift would be up to two (2) hours per day, with flexibility on which day of the week. Volunteers must be 16 years or older and the application process includes a background screening, fingerprinting and reference check.
