Encore Fellowships provide paid, part-time transitional engagements in nonprofit organizations for those, typically 50+, considering retirement, with 20 plus years of professional experience, who wish to move to the sector. Fellowships are flexible, from part to full time, for 250, 500, or 1000 hours. Stipend of $25,000 is pro-rated based on hours worked.
