Alzheimer's Association, Central and North FL Chapter
The Alzheimer's Association relies on dedicated volunteers to achieve our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and expand the reach of our programs to all communities.
Community Educators are volunteer speakers who help provide education and expand the reach of Alzheimer's Association programs. Community Educators deliver Alzheimer's Association programs on topics related to Alzheimer's disease and other dementias using prepared materials.
These volunteers provide programs scheduled by Association staff and help identify potential community partners and education venues using their established community networks. Community educators assure that the general public, caregivers and people living with Alzheimer's or dementia are linked to Alzheimer's Association programs and our free 24/7 Helpline. They are true partners with our staff and extend the reach of our programs to all communities.

To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
The Alzheimer's Association, Central and North Florida Chapter provides education and support over a 43 county area. We operate a 24 hour/day helpline, counsel those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias, provide professional training, and advocate for additional research and other public policy issues that help end Alzheimer's.
We'll work with your schedule.
