Good Afternoon Friends of MDA,

We are needing volunteers to assist us with our Annual Toast to Life Gala that will be on Saturday, November 7th at the Country Club of Orlando.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA)’s Orando Toast to Life Gala is an event dedicated to saving and improving lives. During the evening, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy cocktails, hors d’ oeuvres, a seated dinner, bid on silent and live auction items and enjoy live entertainment. This special event unites MDA families, business and community leaders and corporate sponsors in support of this important cause. Your support is crucial to help MDA raise the funds and awareness needed to accelerate treatments and cures that will bring strength, independence and life to kids and adults living with life-threatening diseases.

There are different shifts available for this event during the hours of 3pm - 11pm. The available shifts are 3pm-7pm and 7pm-11pm. We can accommodate different shifts if you can only help during certain times. Dress code for this event will be all black attire and attendance will be required for a volunteer orientation prior to the event. Must be 18 to help. We need 8 volunteers for the first shift (3pm-7pm) and 10 volunteers for the second shift 7pm-11pm

The MDA Gala program is one of our premier national fundraising programs for MDA. It’s an evening event in which business leaders from the Tampa area come together to celebrate their fundraising efforts, network, bid on silent auction items.
