The Salvation Army is the nation’s largest provider of residential drug and alcohol abuse treatment. Using a holistic approach to treating addiction, the facility in Midtown St. Louis supports The Salvation Army’s mission of creating sustainable positive change in the lives of individuals and communities

The Salvation Army Midtown Service and Treatment Center is in need of 2-3 volunteers weekly on Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 p.m. as soon as possible. The volunteer work on our Residential floor to answer the phone, note questions/requests from the residents, and be a presence for the residents while we are in meetings or training. The residence will be in education classes during that time, so the volunteers would mostly be interacting with residents between classes. Already having CPR/First Aid training would be a plus, but we can trained.
