We're looking for a volunteer to support Sierra Club staff in managing our influencer engagement program, which would involve helping find and maintain relationships with online influential folks in their community -- both online (Instagram and Youtube) and off. This includes artists, writers, photographers, videographers, and other individuals who would like to use their talent, reach, and expertise to digitally amplify Sierra Club issues.

We're hoping you can:

  • Help build and update our list of potential contacts
  • Support outreach and follow-up
  • Help find individuals who are the best fit for key campaign moments
  • Analyze results to help us develop best practices
  • Potentially create talking-points or campaign content, if interested.
We'd love it if volunteer applicants had some prior communications, digital marketing, and/or constituent engagement experience, but it's not required!

Description

SierraRise is the in-house digital campaign incubator for the Sierra Club, experimenting with new issues, tactics, and strategies to grow our movement and create meaningful change. We are currently focusing on nurturing healthful, equitable, and sustainable food systems across the United States.
