We are a 38 bed health care facility with 33 residents currently. We have a woman who is deaf and needs volunteers to come and spend time with her and help her communicate with other residents and staff. if you are proficient in American Sign Language and have a love for seniors we would love to meet you.

Hammond Health Services serves St. Croix, Polk, Pierce and Dunn Counties. We are located in a peaceful and scenic area overlooking the Hammond Golf Course and Village Park. Heritage Court is located next door. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
