Volunteers needed in the Madisonville area to spend time with patients on Hospice. Patients in the care center in town are waiting on individuals to step up and visit them for some extra company. Visiting patients on Hospice can be life touching and rewarding, engage in activities and conversation with residents to make them feel included still. It is so important to provide these patients with companionship in such a critical time in their lives.

Description
Our Bristol Hospice programs provide hospice services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families/caregivers. An interdisciplinary group of professionals and volunteers develops an individualized plan of care which includes, as appropriate, the following services: nursing, physicians, home health aides, counseling, spiritual support, therapy, dietary, volunteers, durable medical equipment, supplies, and bereavement services
