More staff needed for event 27th year

ALL HANDS ON DECK! Harvest Faire has been running under-staffed for a number of years now and it has reached the point where we need a lot more people making the event happen or it won’t happen. The positions to operate the event are:

We do have people for some of these positions, but we need primary people in many of these positions and seconds in all of them.

In spite of bringing in new staff over time, there has been an overall decrease in positions filled and trying to stand in for the open positions is not doing justice to what the positions could accomplish. Positions are documented well, guidance and direction is available on how to do them - your own experience would be super valuable, but enthusiasm and commitment will be the first requirement. You can learn to do something new - add to your own knowledge and contacts, etc. These are all volunteer positions and the time commitment for most of these is either starting around now and taking a small amount of time each week/month, a mix of before and during-event work (October) or after-event organizing and pre-setting for the following year.
