I am looking for people who can volunteer on May 2, 2020 at our annual gala which is also the Alzheimer’s Association, GA Chapter’s biggest fundraiser. It’s A LOT of fun, and we need people aren’t afraid to engage donors which is easier than you think. We also need people to help with Registration, but if you know your way around an iPad this will be a breeze.
Though the event won’t be held until next spring I wanted to get an early recruitment now in preparation for an easy training in April. This way everyone knows what to expect the night of the gala. This year we also have a $1 Million dollar goal, so we will definitely need smart, agile people to help us reach this goal.
If this sounds like a great fit for you please respond to this inquiry.
Thanks!

Description
Dancing Stars of Atlanta is an exciting benefit for the Alzheimer’s Association, GA Chapter. Reinventing the popular show, "Dancing with the Stars", this fundraising event is comprised of local celebrity dancers who are paired with professional ballroom dancers, to raise dollars by gaining votes! The dancers then come together to compete in a one night gala dance competition. Dancing Stars of Atlanta raises money to support research & programs and services provided for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, their families, and caregivers.
Presently, someone develops Alzheimer's every 67 seconds. Alzheimer's is also the sixth leading cause of death in the U.S. and the only one top 10 disease that is increasing. Without your support, the Alzheimer's Association will cease to aid those who are affected by this devastating disease.
