Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk receptionist needed

Family Services' School and Community Youth Services program needs a volunteer front desk receptionist to provide assistance, guidance and support to students and parents who utilize the program, creating a welcoming environment for all who come to the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet parents and children
- Assist callers or take messages for staff
- Other duties as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Organized, dependable, flexible and bilingual in Spanish and English
- Enjoys working in a team-setting, with an encouraging and positive attitude
- 21 years of age or older
The volunteer is asked to help at least once a week for a three-hour shift: 9am-12noon and/or 12noon-3pm. The School and Comunity Youth Services program is located at 620 E. Diamond Avenue, Suite H in Gaithersburg, MD.
