During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of both COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Positive Wellness Alliance is a nonprofit that serves a specific under-served population and we are looking for volunteers for our food pantry which opens back up on February 5th. We have positions for Tuesdays and Wednesday. Tuesday volunteers will help load our van at Second Harvest Food Pantry and help unload at ours. Wednesday volunteers will help check in clients, assist with shopping, as well as clean up at the end of pantry day.
There will be more opportunities to volunteer coming soon!
Volunteers need to be punctual, able to lift 50lbs and have reliable transportation.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.

The mission of Positive Wellness Alliance is provide services and support to people infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS through case management, outreach, and preventive education in Davidson, Forsyth, Yadkin and Davie counties.
The case management program assists clients by ensuring they are in medical care, provides transportation, assists with medication costs, and provides emergency financial assistance with rent and utilities. People must be able to provide proof that they are HIV+. We sponsor different activities throughout the year for our clients, their families and their significant others. We also provide HIV preventive education to the general public.
We'll work with your schedule.
