We are looking for volunteers to help with childcare during our support groups. Trauma informed care and trauma training are included with volunteer placement. You'll become part of a team dedicated to serving Madison families and children.

Our support group that meets on Friday evenings is geared toward Latina and spanish speaking mothers. Many participants use spanish as their primary language. Bilingual childcare volunteers are ideal, but we will accept non-bilingual as well.

Our vision is to create a safe, healthy and nurturing world for children & families.

At The Rainbow Project, we provide restorative healing and hope for young children and their families who have experienced trauma, helping them build a foundation for the mastery of life-sustaining skills.

We desire to inspire, support and foster other--consumers, families, colleagues, team members and the community. We support individual differences such as life experience, culture, background and ability. We are committed to quality, integrity, leadership, professionalism and thoughtfulness.
