Help our patients and their families emotionally heal by sending out letters, making phone calls, and planning memorial services. This is the perfect opportunity for compassionate individuals who thrive in an office environment.

Description

Grace Hospice cares for patients whose medical conditions are not responding to treatment or for those patients who choose to not seek aggressive medical care at the end stage of life. Hospice focuses on comfort care rather than curative care. The goal of hospice is for patients to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible in their own home or the home of a loved one through the end of life. Care can also be provided in a long-term care facility or an assisted living facility.
