Ready to make a difference in the world!! Do you have a big smile? Are your the guru of customer service sprinkled with compassion? Then, the New Day Employment Center should be your next volunteer pathway! We need a customer service focused individual interested in helping UMOM clients with employment related activities. Our center serves 50-60 clients on an average day, it is a fast pace, but fun environment.
- Greet and direct clients as they enter the employment center.
- Schedule appointments for employment specialists using Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide basic computer assistance to clients using the center.
- Maintain job board, post current job opportunities.
- Clerical duties- photo coping, printing, emailing.
