INSTRUCTOR/CLASSROOM SUPPORT
We have a very exciting opportunity fast approaching, and we are looking for volunteers to join our team. Beginning Saturday, February 8th, SYSTEM COALITION will be embarking on another footprint, this one, in Pittsburgh, PA. We will be introducing our STEM EXPLORATION CAMP to children in 3rd through 6th grade and are in need of an instructor, and additional classroom support for the month of February 2020. Each Camp will begin at 9:30AM concluding at 2:30PM, with a 20 minute break and 1/2 lunch. Location, along with curriculum, will be forwarded to each volunteer accordingly. The rollout for February is as follows:
- February 8th - Dynamics/Controls in Rocketry Camp

Classroom support volunteers also needed - February 15th - Civil Engineering in Towers and Bridges Camp
Classroom support volunteers needed - February 22nd - Aerodynamics in Flying Camp
Classroom support volunteers needed - February 29th - Earth Science in Geology Camp

Description
A little about SYSTEM Coalition: we started 5 years ago in Tucson, AZ. Six exceptionally talented and motivated people who wanted to give back to the community by helping k-12 students find a passion for STEM. We saw all of the poverty in our city and realized if just one of those kids from that community was able to get a great paying job in STEM, they could not only help themselves but also help their whole family break the cycle of poverty! Now the organization has over 100 volunteers, chapters in 4 different cities and growing! More than anything, being a part of this amazing organization has shown me that you really CAN change the world, one step at a time!
