ORGANIZATION: Carolinas CARE Partnership

  • 8 people are interested

Carolinas CARE Partnership, a dynamic HIV and Housing service provider for the Charlotte region, seeks Board Members to govern the 20 staff member, $7 million organization. CCP provides services including Community Education, HIV and STI testing, Linkage to Care, Medical Case Management, Mental Health, Housing Subsidies and Supportive Services, Housing Information Services, and Syringe Access. In addition, we own 21 units of affordable housing have undergone training to ensure our staff and services are trauma informed, wellness-focused, and racially just.

CCP is seeking board members who are strategic, passionate about HIV and/or Housing, and represent the populations we serve. In the coming months, CCP will be updating our Strategic Plan, seeking additional housing to purchase, and developing new and innovative services.

Board meetings and committee meetings are held virtually, alternate months, and each board member is asked to serve on at least one committee. Our Board maintains collegial relationships amongst themselves, excellent working relationships with agency leadership staff, and a client-centered approach to all we do.
