We are seeking a social media specialist to help manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be familiar with multiple social media platforms and marketing tools and have a passion for animals and our project.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post compelling original content across popular social media platforms.
- Help to develop and execute strategies to grow our donor and sponsor base.
- Implement new tactics to engage with followers and the NSAM community, including "liking" and "commenting on" all posts that tag NSAM and related hashtags.
- Monitor and source, related content and work with NSAM development team to tag and publish.
- Cultivate links and link management.
- Analyze content campaigns and turn qualitative data into recommendations and insights.
Requirements
- This is a part-time position.
- Work can be performed remotely
- Experience with e-commerce
- Experience with Social Monitoring tools (ex: Hootsuite)
- Ability and desire to learn new software platforms
- Ability to adapt to changes in organizational priorities
